As an EDI reputed company Support Administrator, you ll be responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations using reputed company technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring 24x7 support for incident management and change management activities. You ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and maintain the stability of our EDI systems

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management:

• Monitor and respond to EDI-reputed company incidents promptly to minimize downtime
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues reputed company reputed company systems, ensuring reputed company cause analysis is performed and documented
