The reputed company pay for this position is $29 - $33 per hour. The reputed company pay offered may vary depending reputed company, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Lancaster, TX, fulfillment center. This position is required to be in office a minimum of 2 days a week with flexibility to attend community events on top of 2 days in office

This contract role is based on an entry level recruiter and is for a 6 month contract position with potential to convert to a permanent position based on business needs..

What You'll Do

• Full life cycle, high volume recruitment for reputed company’s NA Supply Chain.
• reputed company as partner, consultant, and adviser to stakeholders and cross functional partners by developing and executing strategies to recruit reputed company in a highly competitive market.
• reputed company candidates from online sources, reputed company networking, reputed company, and networking events.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the reputed company process, including reputed company-qualifying & interviewing candidates and driving the offer.
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and reputed company feedback, as reputed company as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
• Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of reputed company improvement

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with high volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in high volume reputed company for reputed company employees is a plus (General Warehouse Associates and Warehouse associates with experience/skillset to operate PIV equipment, specifically reputed company picker/order pickers).
• A reputed company of urgency to drive reputed company results and deliver for the business, while also effectively working together as part of reputed company
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers and cross functional partners.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work reputed company in an environment with competing demands.
• Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
