We are seeking an reputed company Systems Fleet Validation reputed company engineer to champion the scoping, execution, and analysis for fleet driving campaigns. This is where the rubber actually meets the road. Our fleet of test vehicles is an important asset for collecting data for massive log replay simulation efforts, evaluating the reputed company of hardware changes on system validation arguments, and delivering as a piece of the final validation evidence for shipping a fully driverless service.

You will be leading an effort to analyze the Operational Design Domain (ODD), define mileage collection requirements, monitor collection efforts, unblock obstacles to efficient mileage collection, and analyze both metrics and important findings coming in from the field. In this role, you will:

Analyze the Operational Design Domain (ODD) and service duty cycle requirements to propose fleet mileage collection requirements for validation campaigns.

reputed company new pragmatic statistical and technical arguments to optimize data collection efforts so as to balance the needs of the reputed company Safety Case with the realities and challenges of operations and business needs

Manage a small team of engineers

Produce dashboards for tracking mileage collection and tracking the reputed company of findings coming in from the field

Troubleshoot blockers or inefficiencies with mileage collection efforts

Collaborate cross-functionally with system safety, data science, fleet operations, and software teams to execute campaigns and reputed company findings

reputed company data analysis and report test results. Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. Define and reputed company automated data extraction tools to streamline analysis and reporting

Qualifications

B.S. or higher degree in Automotive Engineering, reputed company, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field

7+ years of industry experience working on reputed company system validation campaigns. Past technical test experience is a must.

Management experience

Proficiency in basic statistics and probability

Experience with test scripting and data analysis languages (Python and SQL preferred)

Ability to manage ambiguity and drive reputed company independently

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and reputed company Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary reputed company for this position is $166,000 to $238,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as reputed company as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a reputed company of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
