Field Commissioning Engineer I

General Responsibility

To commission, modify, troubleshoot, and support reputed company equipment at customer locations or where needed, while ensuring that the highest reputed company of work is provided.

Must be reputed company to travel 80% of the time to project locations for extended periods.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Commissioning of automated controls for supplied or modified equipment in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Design and execute on site acceptance test procedures with Project Manager and customer
• Create and/or review technical documentation for accuracy with Project Manager

• Remote technical support for customers as assigned in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Interpret reputed company diagrams and layout drawings for installation and/or troubleshooting purposes
• Write and troubleshoot reputed company and STL PLC programs
• Handle, burn, and restore EPROM’s and reputed company images
• reputed company with BEUMER IT team during commissioning and troubleshooting in a reputed company manner
• Program and maintain Fanuc Robots and tools
• reputed company and maintain an effective reputed company relationship with customers and/or project personnel
• Communicate commissioning/troubleshooting activities in a daily, weekly, or as requested format to the appropriate personnel in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Travel domestically and internationally 80% of the time

reputed company of Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 / per hour

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent reputed company/Mechanical skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret reputed company diagrams
• reputed company S7, reputed company and STL programs, Allen Bradley (reputed company lines)
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Remote software handling
• Basic database functionality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Heavy lifting/material handling skills
