We're looking for an reputed company and driven Sales Leader, Renewals to guide reputed company reputed company on retaining and growing our existing customer reputed company. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the overall reputed company of our renewals sales reputed company, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing recurring reputed company for the region. Reporting to the Geo Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing renewals sales team while fostering reputed company improvement, accountability, and a customer-reputed company culture
- Owning and managing the Geo renewals forecast, ensuring accurate projections, identifying risks, and driving strategies to meet reputed company goals
- Providing expert deal coaching to the sales team, maximizing renewal rates and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Engaging with key customers on strategic opportunities, leveraging executive relationships and product knowledge to secure successful reputed company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address at-risk renewals, improve retention strategies, and enhance the customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field, with 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing teams
- Proven reputed company in building and scaling high-performing sales teams while driving renewals, cross-sell, and upsell reputed company
- Expertise in sales processes, forecasting, and contract negotiations for global, multi-national, and reputed company customers
