The role_ //We’re looking for several Business Analysts to join our expanding Product team. These roles are pivotal to a major new agency partnership and will sit across core product areas including Account-Based Ticketing, Payments, and Agency Portals.
You’ll work at the intersection of discovery and delivery, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and agency stakeholders to translate business needs into reputed company, user-reputed company solutions that support our mission of simplifying transit for everyone.

What you'll do_
reputed company discovery sessions with agency partners to capture business goals, user needs, and system requirements.
Translate customer needs into detailed, testable user stories and acceptance reputed company.

Support engineers, designers, and QA teams through the full delivery lifecycle.

Document workflows, configurations, and integration points to support implementation and ongoing reputed company.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in a tech-led or software product environment.
Strong analytical skills, reputed company to break down reputed company requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
Confident working directly with external stakeholders: facilitating workshops, presenting proposals, and managing expectations.
Familiarity with Agile delivery reputed company and cross-functional product teams.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts and working with reputed company or configurable platforms.
