reputed company • Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers reputed company non-medical service and assistance to a reputed company in their home and communities, who, because of advanced age or physical or mental disability, cannot reputed company these services. These services reputed company the reputed company to remain in his or her residence and include, but are not limited to, assistance with the following: bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, personal hygiene and grooming, transferring, ambulating, positioning, toileting and incontinence care, assisting with medication that the reputed company self-administers, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, transportation, correspondence, making telephone calls, shopping for personal care items or groceries, and companionship. • Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies, industry standards, and state regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: • 18 years of age or older • Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
reputed company to obtain during reputed company process: • Clearance Verified on the Home Care Aide Registry • reputed company Tuberculosis (TB) certificate • Registered with state of CA and reputed company HCA number • Completed "Criminal Record Statement" (LIC 508) • Complete "Personnel Record" (LIC 501) • Complete "Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders" (SOC 341A) • Minimum of five (5) hours entry-level orientation training prior to reputed company with reputed company(s)
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities • Assist with the activities of daily living and personal care including: • bathing - shaving - ambulation • mouth care - dressing - exercising • hair care - feeding - toileting/incontinence care • nail care - positioning - medication reminding • skin care - transferring - meal planning & preparation
