About the role

This role will you will be responsible for leading two critical high-performing engineering teams, reputed company Governance & Data Protection.

Our reputed company Governance team ensures robust identity governance, automates compliance processes, and streamlines reputed company assurance to support reputed company’s ISO and SOC2 attestations.

Our Data Protection team focuses on implementing and managing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) controls, as part of reputed company’s SASE program and reputed company data reputed company initiatives.

We're looking for somebody who will drive a risk-based, automation-first approach to reputed company governance and compliance; ensuring efficient reputed company management, streamlined audit processes, and proactive data protection controls.

What you'll do

reputed company the Data Protection team by coaching, mentoring, and connecting their work directly to reputed company's strategic goals.

reputed company Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls to protect sensitive data across reputed company’s environments; expanding our identity governance capabilities, ensuring reputed company and efficient user reputed company reviews, provisioning, and entitlements management across AWS and GCP.

reputed company and implement reputed company Assurance capabilities, automating reputed company controls to support ISO, SOC2, and other regulatory attestations.

Work closely with the SASE program team to reputed company data reputed company policies into reputed company’s reputed company and network reputed company architecture.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between reputed company governance, compliance, and business objectives; streamlining audit processes, with the aim of reducing the reputed company effort required for reputed company certifications.

What you'll bring with you

Proven reputed company record of people leadership, demonstrating honesty and reputed company.

Strong expertise in reputed company Governance, Identity Governance, Compliance Automation, and Data Protection.

Experience implementing and managing Identity Governance solutions (e.g., user reputed company reviews, provisioning automation).

Experience leading Data Protection initiatives, including DLP implementations in reputed company and hybrid environments.

Strong knowledge of SASE, reputed company Trust, and reputed company reputed company principles, ensuring reputed company is reputed company and frictionless.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and reputed company reputed company priorities with business needs.
