About the Role
We’re looking for a reputed company Engineering Manager to reputed company a high-reputed company team responsible for driving reputed company’s core product reputed company metrics, including activation, conversion, and retention. In this role, you’ll reputed company the planning, building, and delivery of reputed company experiments, reputed company flows, and in-product self-service billing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering leadership to execute on a reputed company roadmap that directly impacts reputed company’s reputed company. This role reports to our Head of Engineering and is based in San Francisco, CA.
What you’ll do
reputed company and grow reputed company of 5+ engineers, providing day-to-day management, coaching, and career development.

Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to reputed company reputed company initiatives and deliver measurable reputed company.
Establish an experimentation culture: set up, run, and analyze A/B tests that directly influence activation, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a high-reputed company reputed company or consumer technology company.

Experience managing and scaling teams, with a passion for mentorship and career development.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
