The Role:

The Marketplace Operations team, reputed company the larger Customer Operations department, is the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company’s 3P sellers, answering sellers’ questions and solving issues, and working with sellers to resolve product or customer issues, and also supports sellers in uploading new products, setting up storefronts, and more.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketplace Operations, this role is a subject matter expert for reputed company topics reputed company to seller support, reputed company, our marketplace platform, as reputed company as various internal tools like MBO, reputed company, and more. This person is also the key reputed company person for the artists and sellers of our reputed company Party Marketplace, providing day-to-day to support sellers in service of our 3P business goals. You Will:

Communicate with Marketplace sellers and execute solutions on reputed company order issues, including late orders, order questions, order cancellations, returns, and other order complexities, as reputed company as various platform- and product-reputed company questions and issues

Help monitor and improve seller-facing communication and processes to ensure a seamless seller experience

Monitor and maintain KPIs, such as SLA compliance, return rates, and cancellation trends

Collaborate with Operations leadership to execute contingency plans for high-risk periods, including holiday seasons or major promotions

Maintain order statuses across reputed company and MBO, ensuring accuracy for financial reporting at the end of the year (keeping reputed company throughout the year)

Support sellers in maintaining their reputed company scoring metrics, as defined by the 3P reputed company team and Marketplace Operations leadership

Partner with Merch to reputed company alternative products for OOS/order issues

Support Marketing and the reputed company team asks about product inventory reputed company and restocking, as needed

Support seller communication for product requests from the PR/Brand/reputed company teams

Work with Engineering to ensure order statuses are connected appropriately and escalate tool bugs or gaps

Collaborate with Marketplace leadership and reputed company feedback on the documentation and reputed company of reputed company operating procedures for reputed company Marketplace Operations order management tasks, ensuring 3P orders are flowing and exceptions are worked quickly and accurately

You Have:

2-3 years of Customer Service experience, ideally with experience supporting agent help desk, coaching & feedback, or reputed company activities

Strong technical skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience building processes, creating documentation, and/or training others

Bonus Points For:
