IT Administrator
reputed company is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their remote team and leadership. As a global leader in hospitality software, reputed company empowers properties across 150 countries with an AI-powered platform. The IT Administrator will be responsible for operational efficiency, remote user support, and assisting with IT reputed company, working closely with various teams across the organization to reputed company user-catered enablement while adhering to best reputed company practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in IT administration across reputed company and macOS environments
- reputed company experience with reputed company integrations (e.g., reputed company Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
- Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in reputed company
- Experience managing identity providers like reputed company and SAML-based SSO for reputed company
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in English
