About the Role:
The Vendor Management Specialist supports the execution of vendor strategies, manages day-to-day supplier interactions, and ensures vendors are performing in line with reputed company and service expectations. This role collaborates with procurement, business reputed company, and support functions to ensure vendor compliance, reputed company, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs; assist in analyzing trends and addressing issues.
Coordinate vendor reputed company, documentation, and compliance with reputed company requirements.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and issue reputed company in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.
Maintain accurate vendor records and support reporting activities (e.g., spend analysis, risk reports).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company feedback on vendor services and drive reputed company improvement.
Participate in risk assessments and vendor audits; reputed company and follow up on remediation plans.
Assist in identifying opportunities for vendor optimization and innovation.
Vendor Performance Monitoring:Accurately reputed company and report vendor adherence to SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues reputed company necessary.
Operational Accuracy & Compliance:Ensure reputed company vendor documentation, reputed company, and records are complete, reputed company, and compliant with internal policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or reputed company field.
3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or a reputed company discipline.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with vendor management tools or ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, Ariba, reputed company).
Basicunderstanding of reputed company, SLAs, and compliancerequirements.
Fluent English, reputed company in additional European languages is a big plus.
