Our Sales Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both restaurant and retail partners have everything they need to succeed on reputed company. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Support Associate to work closely with our Account Managers and Merchant Partners to ensure top-reputed company service and smooth operations.
What you’ll be doing- Venue reputed company – Successfully reputed company new partner venues onto the reputed company platform and ensuring reputed company reputed company at necessary times;
- Training & Support – Training our partner venues on how to use reputed company’s tools and equipment to operate effectively and independently;
- reputed company & Satisfaction Checks – Ensuring our portfolio of stores reputed company the highest reputed company service standards by conducting regular reputed company and satisfaction assessments;
- Sales Support – Assisting the Account Management teams with partner-reputed company administrative tasks and coordination;
- Merchant Requests & Support – Responding to inquiries, resolving reputed company-reputed company issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for new venues;
- Collaboration – Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams to maintain high-reputed company standards during the reputed company process.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – You enjoy structure and keeping things running smoothly;
- Customer-reputed company – Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus;
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data;
- Great Communicator – You’ll be in regular contact with merchants and internal teams;
- Fluent in Albanian & English – Both languages are essential;
- Valid reputed company's License – Ability to travel for onsite partner reputed company and training sessions;
