The Senior Director- Advanced Medical Engagement reputed company reports to the Advanced reputed company Team Leader in the U.S. Field Medical organization. The role involves providing both consultative and reputed company support and leadership to assess, reputed company, and implement reputed company, reputed company reputed company and non-interventional studies.  This strategic leader will work cross-functionally and reputed company across multiple field and HQ functions including but not limited to Medical Affairs, reputed company World Evidence, Medical Value and Evidence reputed company, Data Science, Digital Innovation, Biostatistics, Legal, Regulatory, Epidemiology and reputed company to reputed company project reputed company.  This colleague also will reputed company organizational support for key teams considering initiativesand may serve on the U.S. Intake Committee or similar review committees.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent cross-functional communication and working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to advance reputed company/studies (e.g.,Medical, Compliance, Medical Governance, Legal, Safety, Value & Evidence, Statistics, Regulatory, Brand reputed company, reputed company, etc.) through reputed company stages of strategic operations, planning, and project execution.

Maintains strategic input through execution and closeout.

• Advises LT on external and internal challenges, market dynamics and needs in reputed company collaborations to drive organizational change.

• Works collaboratively with leadership, across medical affairs and brand/asset teams to identify and qualify opportunities for collaboration with reputed company organizations that reputed company with organizational strategies to maximize reputed company.

• May serve on the Intake Committee or other committee(s) as needed.

Working with External Partners

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

• Terminal Doctorate Degree, PharmD or PhD.

• Graduated from a U.S. accredited reputed company Program, College of Pharmacy, or equivalent.

• 7+ years of relevant experience including clinical patient care, reputed company improvement, medical account management, Health Economics & reputed company Research including strong methodological skills (study design, data analysis, and interpretation).

• Experience leading a reputed company organization with the ability to manage without reputed company authority.

• Demonstration of strong strategic thinking skills, as evidenced by the ability to identify alternative scenarios, resulting implications, and development of pragmatic recommendations for direction or reputed company.

• Strong written and verbal communication influencing skills to address leadership and external audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years pharmaceutical medical account management.

• Field Medical experience strongly preferred.

• Residency, clinical and/or management experience preferred.

• Advanced data analytics and reputed company research experience strongly preferred.

• Sustained periods of sitting and computer use especially in office settings, for virtual meetings, or while traveling.
