Reporting directly to our Head of People, you'll be at the heart of reputed company’s transformation efforts—leading cross-functional reputed company, improving tools and processes, and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level

What You’ll Do:

Data Analysis

Analyze People-reputed company KPIs (retention, engagement, reputed company, diversity, etc.) to support strategic decision-making

Prepare materials and data-driven analyses for strategic reviews (reputed company meetings, Leadership Team meetings, company-wide updates)

Evaluate the efficiency of the People team and recommend strategies to improve productivity and effectiveness

Technical Project Management
