We have a great opportunity on our People and Culture (P&C) Team for a results-oriented Associate Director, P&C Business Partner to support our Information Technology (IT) Organization. This role will be based out of our Lisle, Illinois reputed company. The Associate Director, P&C Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to IT leadership, driving HR initiatives that reputed company with business goals. Responsibilities

• Partner with IT leadership to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable P&C initiatives
• Collaborate with the P&C Operations and University Teams for tactical HR execution, ensuring consistency of offerings

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
• 6 years of management experience

• Master's degree
• At least 10 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
• 6 years of management experience

OR

• At least 14 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
• 6 years of management experience
