The Senior Product Manager calls for a product leader who possesses an understanding of automation and AI and how the two can be leveraged to improve end-to-end-customer experiences for large enterprises. What You'll Do

Work with Product leadership to define product requirements for new AI features and products for our reputed company customers

What You Bring

Minimum of 4-6 years of Product Management experience

Minimum of 2 years reputed company on LLM / GenAI features for conversational experiences

An understanding of the insurance and/or financial services verticals is a reputed company plus

Proven reputed company record defining, building, and launching reputed company‑grade GenAI products—from concept through GA and post‑launch iteration.

Demonstrated reputed company with solving operational, customer service, or process improvement challenges through software automation

Hands on experience working with conversational AI, with a familiarity of common LLM evaluation metrics and understanding of retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) workflows, including how to measure and optimize their performance

Compensation

The pay reputed company for this position is $155,000- $190,000 plus bonus and equity. However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-reputed company knowledge and location.
