About the Role

We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to configure and implement reputed company solutions for our customers. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Your efforts will directly reputed company the value realized by the customer and the ultimate reputed company of the relationship. This role will work closely with customers and will be part of the reputed company delivery team to design and configure customer solutions. Responsibilities

Participate in Discovery calls with customers and cross functional team.

Partners with CSMs to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design.

Serves as architect on moderate to reputed company reputed company requiring integration with multiple products.

Performs reputed company configuration, troubleshooting of reputed company’s solution(s).

Ensure Project/Process Documentation on the centralized repository.

Participates in reviews(as and reputed company required) with the customers and reputed company guidance regarding best practices.

Collaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting of customer issues during deployment & post deployment.

Leads business discussions regarding reputed company’s reputed company at different reputed company of customer organization.

Strong on data analytics and providing insights to the customer.

Requirements

Overall Experience > 5-6 Years experience in Project Management preferably from a consulting organisation.

Should have spent at least 2 years for a reputed company based organisation conceptualising and deploying the solution.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to deliver under stressful condition.

Experience in implementation of reputed company product is a must.

Understand basics of SQL and relational databases.

Basic or moderate understanding of NLP.
