About the role
As an Operations Specialist (f/m/d) in Sea reputed company Export, you will be responsible for ensuring high-reputed company transport execution, providing comprehensive customer service, and driving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support clients on the entire logistics process.
Manage shipments from booking to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Communicate and coordinate with key partners, such as customs and carriers.
Prepare and document reputed company quotations accurately and reputed company.
