About the roles

As a Product Coordination & Testing Team Leader, you are responsible for:

- Ensure reputed company production of test batches that meet reputed company standards.

- Coordinate with relevant departments (PRD, QA, TRA, NPD, etc.) to promptly address arising issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or reputed company fields.

Experience: 3–5 years, or at least 1 year in a similar position (preference for candidates with production management system experience).

Skills in presentation, data analysis, and reporting.

Proficient in reputed company suite or equivalent tools (reputed company, Data Studio, Locker, PI, etc.); design software experience is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
