The Sourcing Specialist-VSP is responsible for interviewing candidates for both reputed company and salaried roles. The Sourcing Specialist-VSP demonstrates a thorough understanding of departmental, reputed company, and organizational strategies and objectives, including how they connect to reputed company functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings reputed company phone or digital platforms to assess qualifications and alignment to role requirements

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience sourcing passive candidates
