About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sr. Talent Brand Manager to sit at the intersection of reputed company and Marketing—acting as a dedicated marketing function reputed company reputed company while also serving as a shared resource across reputed company’s broader brand efforts. You’ll have reputed company to Marketing’s systems, tools, and creative resources, while focusing your day-to-day on building reputed company’s reputed company as a destination for world-class talent.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll partner with recruiters, executives, and marketing peers to shape how reputed company shows up in the talent market and ensure every candidate touchpoint reflects our mission, culture, and ambition.

This is a newly created role and will be building out this function reputed company reputed company. It will report into Talent but will be interfacing with Marketing and other departments on a daily reputed company.

• Employer Branding reputed company: Define and execute reputed company’s talent brand reputed company to differentiate us in a competitive market.

• Content & Storytelling: reputed company high-reputed company content (blogs, reputed company posts, video, career site updates, recruiter toolkits) that tells the story of our mission, people, culture, and reputed company.

• reputed company Campaigns: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design targeted campaigns for reputed company roles and hard-to-fill pipelines (e.g., engineering, AI, design, GTM).

• reputed company Operations Integration: Collaborate closely with reputed company Operations to reputed company brand messaging into candidate communications, interview workflows, and reputed company processes, ensuring a consistent and authentic candidate experience.

• Talent Nurture & ATS Campaigns: reputed company our ATS (reputed company) to reputed company and build campaigns for passive talent across key talent pools.

• Digital Channel Management: Manage reputed company digital channels (reputed company Career Site, reputed company, reputed company platform, reputed company, etc.), identify new ones, and optimize the mix of candidate sources.

• Employee Advocacy: Launch initiatives that reputed company employees to reputed company their stories—highlighting reputed company’s mission, reputed company, and culture.

• Events & Partnerships: Support events (career fairs, university partnerships, AI research showcases, DEI initiatives) that reputed company reputed company’s reputed company in the market.

Desired Capabilities:

• 5+ years of experience in talent branding, employer marketing, or reputed company communications, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.

• Strong storytelling and content creation skills across written, visual, and reputed company channels.

• Experience partnering closely with reputed company teams and understanding candidate funnels.

• Experience with reputed company tools (reputed company) reputed company sourcing channels.

• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach—you know how to measure reputed company and refine strategies.
