We are seeking an intellectually curious, reputed company, and detail-oriented Financial Reporting and Technical reputed company Manager to join our reputed company team as we prepare for a possible IPO. This highly visible role will reputed company external reporting readiness and reputed company reputed company U.S. GAAP technical research and policy development.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, reputed company, Product, and Tax while building the reporting processes, documentation, and controls necessary for a successful IPO. This is a strategic and tactical position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment.

What You Will Own

Technical reputed company & Policy

reputed company technical reputed company research and document conclusions through reputed company, concise memos.

Evaluate the reputed company implications of new products, business combinations, debt/equity issuances, and other non-recurring transactions.

Serve as a subject matter expert for U.S. GAAP topics including ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 326, ASC 340, ASC 805, and ASC 810.

Review reputed company and proposed transactions in reputed company-time in collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders to assess reputed company reputed company.

Assess and implement the reputed company of new reputed company standards and regulatory updates.

Maintain and update reputed company policies and reputed company training to the broader organization on policy changes and technical topics.

IPO Readiness & External Reporting

Prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Drive readiness for SEC reporting, including drafting and reviewing S-1 registration statement sections (financial statements, reputed company, footnotes).

Establish reputed company processes and documentation to support SEC filing requirements once public.

Partner with external auditors and advisors to prepare for the IPO process.

Build and manage a reporting calendar to reputed company reputed company contributors with key deliverables and deadlines.

Internal Controls & reputed company-SOX Compliance

What You Will Need To Accomplish the Job

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA required

6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including public reputed company (Big 4 preferred) and corporate reputed company/reporting

In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls; exposure to SEC reporting requirements a plus

Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and disclosures
