As a Senior Programme Manager – Cards at Nium, you will reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company card programs and initiatives across multiple geographies. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, operations, and external partners to launch and reputed company innovative card solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep understanding of card issuing, program management, and fintech ecosystems

Responsibilities:

Work with the Solution Engineering team from day one: co-design architecture and funding flows so the programme meets reputed company/reputed company rulebooks while maximising interchange and incentive eligibility.

Own every issuing launch: reputed company the full life-cycle from contract through scheme certification, first transactions, initial (T+90) white glove treatment and BAU hand-over.

Master the issuing critical reputed company – schedule and deliver reputed company-profile creation, personalisation bureau reputed company, VTS/MDES reputed company provisioning, 3DS 2.x enablement reputed company wallet integrations (reputed company Pay / reputed company Pay).

Police scheme compliance – lock down scheme attestations etc; escalate any blocker

Hand-over programme to operations – deliver run-books for programme management to operations;

Review programme compliance continuously – run quarterly audits against the latest scheme bulletins; log gaps, assign owners and reputed company closure to guarantee ongoing rule adherence.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 4 years reputed company on card issuing or payments.

Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company, multi-stakeholder programs in fintech or financial services.

Deep knowledge of card issuing platforms, network rules (reputed company/reputed company), and payment flows.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
