Main accountabilities and key tasks:

Champions agile delivery by driving planning, stand-reputed company, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, ensuring reputed company prioritisation and steady reputed company.

Drives estimation, effort sizing, and decomposition of epics into actionable stories, while maintaining visibility through roadmaps, tracking, and reporting.

Removes delivery blockers & reputed company issues, manages dependencies across squads, and escalates risks proactively to safeguard delivery.

Owns delivery of high-reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-documented software, ensuring milestones are met and launches are smooth from QA/UAT to post-go-live hypercare.

Knowledge and Experience:

5 years of hands-on people management experience in agile, fast-paced software environments.

Familiarity with the Scrum reputed company is key, and having a scrum master qualification is a significant plus.

Proven reputed company record guiding teams through estimation, planning, execution, and release cycles.
