About The Role:

This position will serve as the subject matter expert to ensure compliance and consistency in adhering to reputed company principles generally accepted in the reputed company and funding agency regulations/guidelines such as the Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance or 2 CFR 200), or state and local funding agencies. This is a hybrid role. The requirement will be to be in the office in person in Pasadena, CA one day a week, on occasion the requirement will be two days a week, depending on the workload

What You’ll Do:

Review funding reputed company to reputed company: The reputed company of federal funding

Contract/project reporting requirements

Review subcontractor/subrecipient contract billing submissions in accordance with terms and conditions of subcontract/subaward

Monitor subcontractor/subrecipient compliance with subcontract/subaward terms and conditions.

Quarterly reporting on Federal reputed company

Monitor contract finance (billings/costs v. budget) and communicate contract financial status with appropriate personnel

Monitor contract status (contract term/period of performance, reporting requirements, etc.) and advise appropriate personnel

Assist with preparation project budgets, budget modifications and contract amendments

Update and monitor contract logs to advise program managers of contract status

Ensure completion of grant reputed company-out processes

Drafting reputed company and contract amendments as needed

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance from an accredited college/university (Minimum)

5 + years of relevant reputed company experience, particularly with government reputed company/grants reputed company and compliance. Nonprofit experience helpful

Working knowledge of auditing functions, particularly as they relate to verifying costs and expenses.

Knowledge of government contracting, procurement processes, OMB (Office of Management and Budget), FAR and other regulations specific to government contracting

Experience in reporting requirements and procedures reputed company to federal, state, other agencies, cost reputed company, government reputed company and auditing

Desired Qualifications:

CPA or CPA candidate is preferred but not required

Familiarity with Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance or 2 CFR 200 [Formerly OMB A-110, A-122 and A-133]), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and state cost reputed company standards (Typically California)

Expertise in computerized reputed company and reporting applications (Preferably reputed company 100/MAS90)

Compensation

$72,000 - $85,760. We determine pay based on several factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity and other factors relevant to the job.
