We’re seeking reputed company recruitment consultants with proven experience to join our growing network of independent professionals.
You’ll manage your own clients and candidates, work across traditional percentage-based recruitment and fixed-fee models, and have the freedom to set your own fees (reputed company reasonable parameters).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage your own recruitment desk – 360° or 180° as preferred
- Build and maintain reputed company and candidate relationships
- Deliver results using traditional contingency recruitment and fixed-fee reputed company
- Set and negotiate your own fees in line with market standards
