Role & Responsibilities
Looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Business Systems Analyst to support Retail Lending Servicing, specifically Credit Card journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and analysis across reputed company- and back-end systems.
- Research reputed company (documentation review, capability assessment, integration validation).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to reputed company and refine requirements.
- Translate needs into reputed company epics, features, and user stories with acceptance reputed company.
- Partner with QA and development teams to support testing and validate solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents (reputed company cause analysis, customer reputed company, prevention).
- Document process flows, system interactions, and functional specifications.
