We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to fill the role of Early Morning Stocking and Customer Service Representative at our MSP-reputed company PRAIRIE, MN store location. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop our store, and ensuring reputed company customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will also be involved in completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and participating in reputed company channel processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store, locating products and providing solutions as needed
- reputed company a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, ensuring reputed company merchandise is properly received and displayed
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery, to ensure a reputed company-merchandised and in-stock store
- Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
- Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team as needed
- reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, ensuring the store is always fully stocked and merchandised to the highest standards
Essential Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred, with a proven reputed company record of delivering excellent customer service and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, reputed company throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and reputed company high shelves by reputed company or similar equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company with others in an accepting and respectful manner
