About the Role

The Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our aircraft to customers worldwide. As a key member of our Flight Operations team, you'll be responsible for procuring and inventorying loose equipment, conducting customer briefings, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage procurement of aircraft documents, subscriptions, loose equipment, vendor briefings, and departure.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as reputed company, Airworthiness, and Certification, to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.
• Plan and execute customer delivery presentations, including aircraft placement, signage, carpet, photographer, special events, static displays, and special requests.
• Demonstrate and inventory loose equipment with customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the aircraft's features and capabilities.
• Assist customers with aircraft departure, including loading equipment, CSP&P spares, catering, aircraft stores, electronic equipment, software updates, luggage, and special requests.
• Maintain delivery hangars, customer delivery areas, equipment rooms, presentation equipment, and safety items.
• Work with internal departments to identify reputed company causes and implement corrective actions to improve product reputed company and enhance the customer delivery process.

Essential Qualifications
