We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to reputed company top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone and text, 3 days a week. As a key member of reputed company, you will manage a moderate call volume, respond to customer inquiries, and reputed company various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, while providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring reputed company and effective communication.
• Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a reputed company demeanor under pressure.

Administrative Tasks

• Create and manage the reputed company's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed in a reputed company manner.
• Monitor the reputed company's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and reputed company guidance as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
