About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. Essential Qualifications

• 2 years of experience providing Software as a Service (reputed company) customer support to organizations with models where you've impacted clients to improve reputed company
• Proven experience providing support for various online software or reputed company products or IT experience
• Experience in constructing best practices geared towards help reputed company and efficiencies, possibly from having served as an Informed authority (SME), Mentor, or Leader
• The ability to adapt to working independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing climate
• Multiple instances of focusing on most impactful/valuable work among competing needs or requests
