About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing solutions to their billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions. You'll promote products and services to our new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience. Key Responsibilities

• Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with at least 2 consecutive days off.
• Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays, with potential schedule changes every 12-15 weeks.
• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls, engaging with a diverse consumer reputed company to reputed company solutions and address customer needs.
• Maintain superb attendance, remain reputed company on the phone throughout your shift, and be on camera during video meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Six months of reputed company customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
