Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Subpoenas Gmail inbox, ensuring that reputed company incoming requests are logged and processed appropriately
- Create, organize, and maintain records of reputed company documents reputed company our reputed company Drive, ensuring reputed company filing and accessibility
- Download and review incoming subpoenas or legal requests, input necessary details into the Subpoenas Log, and create corresponding folders in the Shared Drive for document storage
- Collect and prepare reputed company documents, including customer information, transaction history, IP logs, reputed company tickets, and other relevant communications
- Apply necessary watermarks and convert documents into PDF format, securing them using appropriate encryption reputed company
- Utilize reputed company-existing templates to prepare response letters and certificates of authenticity
- Send encrypted documents to designated law enforcement agencies or legal entities reputed company email, using predefined templates
