Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, creating service requests and dispatching them accordingly.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner, utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and reputed company.

- Proactively monitor on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to reputed company manager contacts as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications

Work Schedule & Environment
This is a remote position, but you'll be required to work rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts according to a set schedule. You must be flexible and reputed company to work OT reputed company needed, including weekends and holidays. For the first two weeks, you'll undergo training at our Downers Grove, IL location.
