About the Role

In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and reputed company products and services.
