We're seeking a seasoned Director of Governance and Reporting to reputed company our Governance and Reporting Team reputed company the reputed company Project Management Office (EPMO). As a key leader, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust governance structure that ensures effective risk management and compliance across the organization. You'll work closely with senior leaders, business reputed company, and functional areas to reputed company and implement governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and reporting processes that drive business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in risk management, preferably reputed company the Risk and/or Internal Audit function.
• Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company and obtain buy-in from senior business unit/tech counterparts.
• Expertise: Expertise in process governance, with a reputed company record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that reputed company with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
• Industry: Experience reputed company the financial services industry.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
• Team Management: Demonstrated history and ability to manage teams spread over geographies and with varying backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or reputed company field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Experience in at least one of the following:
