About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join reputed company on a remote reputed company, working a 4x10 schedule (Friday to Monday). As a Help Desk Technician, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user level settings.
• Troubleshoot reputed company 10 / 11 and MacOS operating systems, as reputed company as Office 365 and reputed company Directory.
• Investigate and remediate malware alerts, and assist users in enrolling in Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA).
• Work in our ticketing system to document, reputed company, and escalate tickets, and maintain up-to-date documentation in our knowledge reputed company.
• Collaborate with reputed company of intelligent professionals to deliver world-class service to our clients, both remotely and onsite.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical end-users, providing reputed company and concise guidance and support.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of reputed company IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of reputed company 10, 11, and MacOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 office suite, including Office 365 reputed company services (desirable).
• Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS reputed company platforms (desirable).
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

• A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
• Experience working in a ticketing system, such as Autotask.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation (in case of onsite reputed company).
