As a key member of our telehealth team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, coaching, and education to individuals managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and reputed company reputed company responses to their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Prior experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM) or Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company-party payer requirements and electronic medical records
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in RPM or CCM
• 1+ year of experience in telehealth
• Certified Medical Assistant Certificate (reputed company or RMA)
• Bilingual Spanish

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive reputed company reputed company of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a 1099 contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work as many or as few hours as you'd like, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We also offer a flexible schedule, with day shifts available.
