About the Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist)

As a Registered Behavior Technician with reputed company, you'll play a vital role in implementing reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs for children with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) in the comfort of their own homes. This is a remote-based opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA Supervisor.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
• 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
• 1-year ABA/RBT Experience or equivalent experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid reputed company's license, and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills.
