Job reputed company: Telehealth Pharmacy Technician

As a Telehealth Pharmacy Technician, you'll have reputed company to reputed company patients' health every day through the delivery of best-in-class interventions and patient care. Working closely with pharmacists, nurses, and a supportive leadership team, you'll aid in the delivery of clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for reputed company and Medicare members. This role involves telephonic and video chat reputed company with members to complete an analysis of their medication regimen and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company outbound phone calls to members to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and other reputed company programs reputed company of traditional MTM.

• Field inbound phone calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services.
• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program.
• Facilitate communication to clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program reputed company.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs and ensure compliance with reputed company applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
