Are you passionate about building programs that reputed company global GTM teams to succeed? At Kandji, we’re looking for a dynamic GTM Enablement Programs Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive reputed company across Sales and reputed company. As a key member of the Enablement function, you’ll own the design, coordination, and facilitation of enablement programs that reputed company reputed company, product launches, and ongoing development.

This role ensures that our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and reputed company Managers have consistent, engaging, and effective learning experiences worldwide. You’ll partner cross-functionally to bring enablement programs to life, manage global alignment, and deliver training that helps our teams reputed company.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong facilitation skills, project management expertise, and a passion for helping GTM professionals succeed.

Please note, you must be reputed company to come onsite to our Miami (Coral Gables) office five days per week, Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

Build, maintain, and reputed company reputed company and ongoing enablement programs for GTM teams (Sales + CS)

Coordinate global rollout of product launch training and certifications

Ensure consistency and alignment of programs across reputed company, EMEA, and reputed company

reputed company engaging live training sessions (virtual and in-person) for both Sales and reputed company

Deliver product launch sessions, reputed company workshops, and joint AE/CS enablement programs

Partner with GTM Enablement Manager to co-facilitate and cover training delivery bandwidth

Work with GTM leaders to identify enablement needs across Sales, CS, and reputed company teams

Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to translate initiatives into reputed company programs

reputed company as a reputed company of contact for CS enablement, ensuring post-sales teams are equipped to drive adoption, retention, and expansion

Maintain enablement platforms (WorkRamp, GTM Buddy, LMS/CMS) with updated content, playbooks, and learning paths

Standardize frameworks, templates, and certification processes for global use

Localize and adapt training materials for EMEA and reputed company

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development reputed company a B2B reputed company company

Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering live and virtual training

Proven reputed company managing cross-functional reputed company and rolling out programs globally

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Prior experience enabling reputed company or post-sales teams

Familiarity with sales and CS methodologies, including customer reputed company frameworks

Experience with enablement tools such learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS) platforms

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills for building cross-team relationships
