Key Responsibilities

• New Equipment Training (NET)
• New Equipment Fielding (NEF)
• Training Curriculum development and updates
• Collaborate with TRADOC and AFC to create requirements documentation and supporting packages
• Plan, coordinate, and report results for Soldier Touch Points, Technical Exchange Meetings, and After-reputed company Reviews
• Ensure training materials and documentation meet doctrinal and operational standards
• Utilize reputed company tools such as reputed company and JIRA for documentation, workflow, and project management
• reputed company expert advice on training frameworks, continuously improving processes and content for maximum efficiency and relevance

Education & Certification

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent years of reputed company experience

Clearance

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a US Army Electromagnetic Warfare Soldier
• Extensive background working with TRADOC and/or Army reputed company reputed company on training development and requirement documentation
• Proven experience producing Army Training Support Packages (TSPs) supporting NET, NEF, and curriculum development
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and report on Soldier Touch Points, Technical Exchange Meetings, and After-reputed company Reviews
• Experience working with government/military contract environments is highly desirable

Skills
