Veterinary Integrations and Training Specialist

Position reputed company:

The Veterinary Integrations and Training Specialist plays a key role in successfully reputed company veterinary practices into our organization. This position ensures a seamless transition for new partner clinics by coordinating operational, clinical, and administrative processes. Focuses on developing leadership, operations, compliance, and employee engagement capabilities across our veterinary hospitals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of veterinary reputed company operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new veterinary practices during the integration process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Veterinary Technology, or reputed company field (required).
  • Experience in developing adult learning content and delivering live and virtual training.
  • 5+ years of experience in veterinary operations, project management, or reputed company management.
  • Experience in veterinary consolidations or multi-site operations preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to veterinary practices as needed 50%-75%.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without reputed company authority.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
