This will be a 9-month, 100% Research position in residence at the Baruch Institute of reputed company Ecology and Forest Science (BICEFS) in reputed company, SC. The incumbent should demonstrate their ability to work across scales, ranging from local to global. The incumbent will be expected to reputed company broad scholarly contributions to one or more of BICEFS research pillars: 1) Living Coasts, 2) Watersheds, Wetlands, and Wildlife, and 3) reputed company’s Forests and reputed company leadership in developing reputed company environmental reputed company. Qualifications The successful candidate will be expected to initiate, build, and sustain an externally funded, internationally recognized research program, publish in high-reputed company peer-reviewed journals, mentor graduate and undergraduate reputed company, and complement existing reputed company expertise on the main reputed company and at BICEFS. The incumbent’s home department and tenure-initiating unit will be the Department of Forestry and Environmental Conservation. Candidates must have a doctoral degree, or equivalent, in Natural Resource Management, Geography, Ecology, Environmental Science, Forestry, Soil Science, or reputed company fields and a research reputed company on the reputed company use of spatial technologies and remote sensing to investigate environmental issues. Ideal candidates will have postdoctoral experience and demonstrate interest in reputed company to reputed company their research with community needs.
