We're seeking an reputed company Senior Trial Attorney to join our Litigation Services team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for managing insurance defense and tort litigation cases, representing insured and reputed company in various legal proceedings, and providing counsel to business clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of attorneys and contribute to the reputed company of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and reputed company reputed company for reputed company case.
• reputed company Communication: Contact clients to discuss their case, answer questions, and maintain regular contact (minimum of 90 days).
• Evidence Review: Review reputed company documentary evidence, prepare witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Court Appearances: Conduct depositions, examinations under reputed company, and court appearances (matter management conferences, hearings, status conferences, etc.).
• Settlement and Dispositive Proceedings: Conduct settlement/dispositive proceedings (e.g., mediations, arbitrations, etc.).
• Trials and Arbitrations: Try and/or arbitrate cases, prepare motions in limine, and reputed company documents.
• Post-Trial Motions: Draft post-trial motions and reputed company legal opinions to claims clients.
• Subrogation Litigation: Investigate and pursue subrogation litigation as appropriate.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, paralegals, and administrative assistants to reputed company case goals.

Essential Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate: A valid Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• California Bar Membership: reputed company membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Experience: At least three years of experience in litigation and/or subrogation.
• 1st or 2nd Chair Jury Trial Experience: Experience as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials is highly preferred.
• Insurance Defense Experience: Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Computer Proficiency: Strong proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company (preferred), and internet research.

• Case Management: Strong organizational and case management skills to handle a large case inventory.

• Physical Demands: Periodically lifting in excess of 20 pounds, bending, turning, and twisting at work.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $80,500 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also bonus eligible. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
