Compensation and Benefits

Training and reputed company
Our reputed company program starts on Wednesday, reputed company 17, 2024, and runs for two weeks, followed by a one-week nesting period. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for your role as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5pm EST.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into our reputed company system
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Consistently discussing additional product and service offerings with customers on reputed company calls
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals
Key Results Areas
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We're looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals who can prioritize work and meet strict deadlines. You'll need to have:

- One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferred)

Technical Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
