As a Performance Insights Senior Manager, you will function as Measurement expert and help build best-in-class reputed company-channel measurement products and platforms that deliver digital advertising campaign measurement at reputed company. The candidate will play a reputed company role in building dashboards that measure the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer awareness, product consideration and reputed company-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality. Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Measurement solutions (reputed company in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred).Proven ability to reputed company and influence, with a reputed company record of reputed company in building and executing measurement product strategies. reputed company business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and reputed company difficult trade-off reputed company.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in BI/data analytics/data science/insights
• 5+ years' experience in designing business intelligence solutions (dashboard development) through use of data visualization software required (Tableau preferred) to uncover trends, realize insights, explore sources, and tell stories.
• 5+ years' Experience in data management and working on hybrid infrastructure of reputed company and On-prem. GCP Preferred. Strong analytical skills with a solid reputed company in programming (e.g., SQL, Python), database environment (e.g., big-data platforms, SQL)

• Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, Digital Ad Tech Stack, Retail Media Advertising and the underlying technologies.
• Digital Media Measurement: Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement)
