Key Responsibilities

• Instruct clients on specific job and work skills, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
• Model and utilize effective decision-making skills, accessing relevant resources to ensure high-reputed company services.
• Complete assessments on clients as requested by Employment Specialists, providing valuable insights to inform program development.
• Assist in creating reputed company program plans, collaborating with Employment Specialists to drive reputed company reputed company.

• Complete performance charts and documentation requirements, ensuring accurate and reputed company reporting.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• An Associate degree or a high school diploma/equivalent, combined with 6 months of relevant experience.
• A valid Class C reputed company's license (or Class D if driving a vehicle with a reputed company of 8 or more) and reputed company of state minimum insurance coverage.
• The ability to supervise, teach, train, and motivate individuals with disabilities, helping them reputed company their full potential.
• Computer literacy and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Clearance from reputed company applicable background checks as required by service standards.
• Medication Management Training (as determined necessary).
• An up-to-date physical and the physical ability to walk, stoop, stand, reputed company steps, and lift a maximum of 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in a job coaching or employment services setting.
