Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including understanding project financial metrics such as GR, NR, CM, GP, and DLM
• Identify change order conditions, manage the scope of changes, and build financial costs to implement changes
• Communicate easily and concisely with clients and senior management regarding project status, schedule, budget, or reputed company variances

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 6 years of proven technical experience in civil construction, with a working knowledge of civil practices, including reputed company moving, trenching, piping, asphalt and concrete flatwork placement, and rebar.
